About Me

Hello, my name is Beth (she/her) and I am a qualified person-centred therapist. I say more about what it means to be person-centred here.
I am registered with the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and have a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. But despite having some fancy qualifications, the approach that I take to counselling is one where you are the expert on yourself.
You know what your lived experiences are, and what it is like to be you. I hope that I can offer you an affirming space to be yourself while getting what you need from therapy; whether that be a safe space to talk, someone to gently challenge dysfunctional behavioural patterns, or somebody to see you and listen to the struggles you are facing.
